I'm utterly frustrated because I spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses, and after two days of trying, I still can't get a human to help me fix this. It feels like ineptitude at its finest when they eventually send the wrong information for the return or the bot just keeps sending a return label to an email I never receive. This whole ordeal compelled me to reach out to customer service, hoping to resolve the issue with my scratched glasses and initiate a return or exchange, but it's been an absolute nightmare.

I've been trying for two days to get a return label, but I haven't received anything, and your bot just keeps sending it to an email address that apparently doesn't work for your system!
