Don't Make My $372 Mistake: A Customer Service Horror Story 😡
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying glasses online. My experience was an absolute nightmare. After spending a significant amount of money, I've been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix an issue…no luck. I will NOT be buying from them again. I spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses and tried to start a return/exchange. I never received the return label and their automated system was useless. This frustration is why I had to get on the phone and share my story.
Customer: I've been trying to reach a person for two days! I spent $372 on glasses that arrived with scratches all over the lenses, and your automated system is a complete joke.
CS Rep: I am so incredibly sorry to hear about this. That is completely unacceptable, both the condition of your glasses and the difficulty you've had reaching us. My name is Alex, and I'm going to personally handle this for you right now. Could I please have your order number?
Customer: It’s [Order Number]. I already tried to start a return online, but the promised email with the shipping label never came. I’ve checked my spam folder a dozen times.
