Stonewalled & Scammed: A Customer Service Nightmare 😤
I am writing this to warn others about my experience, hoping you can avoid the same frustrating situation. My honest conclusion is this: Shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get In touch with someone in India. They are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They can careless .why ? Because theres no one eles to talk too in order to file a complaint. I will never do business with glassesusa again. It’s feel like your being scammed. That feeling of no way to get help. This feeling of being completely stonewalled is what forced me to call customer service, which only made things worse.
Customer: After an hour of fighting your automated system, I'm finally talking to a person. I have a problem with my glasses and I need a real solution, not another dead end.
CS Rep: I apologize for the difficulty you've had. I can certainly help you. May I have your name and order number, please?
Customer: The order is under my name, John Smith. But let me be clear, the last representative I spoke to was incredibly rude and just hung up on me. Are you actually going to help or just waste more of my time?
