I’m writing this as a stark warning to anyone considering buying glasses online. My experience was a nightmare that left me feeling physically ill and completely ignored as a customer. After days of trying to get help, I can only conclude that they "Sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t get in touch with anyone. I recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars." This whole ordeal forced me to repeatedly attempt to contact their customer service, desperately hoping for a simple resolution to a problem they created.
Customer: Finally, a real person! I've been trying to reach someone for days. You sent me the wrong prescription. These glasses are making me dizzy and sick.

Customer: It’s 123456. I've sent multiple emails and used your useless chat bot. It shouldn't be this difficult to fix a mistake that's making me physically ill.
