I'm sharing this as a warning about my awful online shopping experience. I was lured in by a "buy one, get one" deal, but the whole thing was a frustrating mess that I wouldn't wish on anyone. This company is dishonest, doesn't honor promos. It makes it impossible to collect an offer when the site is full of glitches. There's no customer Service 24 hours, no agent. It's completely unprofessional. I felt I had no choice but to contact them to fix their error, which only made things worse.
Customer: Hi, your website glitched and didn't apply the BOGO promo to my order. I was charged for both pairs of glasses. I need you to refund me for the second pair.
CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the trouble with our website. I see your order here. Unfortunately, I can't issue a partial refund to apply the promotion after the fact.
Customer: That makes no sense. It was your site's error. The glasses are the correct style and prescription. Just credit the amount back to my card. Why is that so hard?
