Customer Service Black Hole: A Warning Before You Click 'Buy' ⚠️
I'm writing this as a warning about my terrible online shopping experience. After weeks of being ignored and getting the runaround about a simple exchange, my frustration boiled over. This is my direct feeling and conclusion about this experience: After being told repeatedly that someone from returns would contact me, with no emails or calls, I learned the delay was my fault for not using a free text field. Out of frustration, I requested a refund, only to be told there was no supervisor and my only option was to email an inbox that their own auto-reply admitted was "not actively monitored." This unbelievable situation forced me into one final, infuriating conversation with their customer service.
Customer: I've been waiting nearly a month for an exchange and have heard nothing. I'm done. I want a full refund for all three pairs immediately.
CS Rep: I am so sorry for the delay and the lack of communication you've experienced. I can absolutely process that refund for you. Can I confirm your order number?
Customer: It’s [Order Number]. And I want to speak to a manager. I’ve been promised callbacks that never happen and was told to email an unmonitored inbox. Is there anyone there who can actually solve a problem?
CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and that is not the experience we want for our customers. While I can't transfer you, I have processed the full refund right now. I will also submit a formal complaint about the process failures you described to our management team.
